BOYCOTTS: dealing with them … and avoiding them

Nearly 100 communcations professionals gathered in Geneva for a forum on the impact of consumer boycotts, how to communicate during a boycott, and how to prevent one. The forum, organized by the MScom Executive Master of Science in Communications Management at the University of Lugano and a number of partners, provided a lively and informative evening.
